Warnings

We should have warnings. When we mod someone or someone reports someone else, that person should get a warning. If he/she gets too much, they can be muted. If they still break the rules, they get banned for a few weeks.

I think that just warnings arent enough
like maybe if you get warned 10% you cant post in a thread until your warn level goes down
or somethin
cuz i think that ppl wouldnt reeally care about the warnings unless they lose privileges

Lol, you got that from netbattle. In netbattle, if your chat meter reaches 100%, you get kicked of off that server. I guess to stop people from like spamming by multiple posting(except on the spam forum), you could add that to the forums. If their post meter reaches 100%, they can't post in that forums until tommorow.
