Since my mind teems with bordem after waiting for such a long period of time for my computer to excute its system restore process, I'll entertain myself a little by arguing back at your reasoning Dan.

You see, those two explainations aren't the only reasons why someone would favor exercising their arrogance for their own personal amusement over displaying their intelligence. I will tell you that a third purpose for acting obnoxious over acting bright exists. Some extraordinary intelligent people choose to display a nature that contradicts their hidden brightness. And no they do not take drugs. Take Scott Parsons for example. Though he has much intelligence, he doesn't display it normally and his personality actually can mislead people from his intelligence. Scott doesn't take drugs either. Therefore, Scott doesn't fit under either of your two reasonings which means your statement of those being the "only" reasons proves to be false.

Also, aren't I acting obnoxious right now for my own personal amusement? However, my person probably holds much more intelligence than you might have Dan.
